We look forward to actively attending to and solving your numerous inquiries through intensive customer contact.

VibroCut at the InnovationForum Machining Technology

On June 27, 2024, competent experts met at the 5th InnovationForum Machining Technology in Tuttlingen’s city hall to debate the latest trends and developments in the machining industry. Digitalization, automation and innovative manufacturing processes – the future was shaped here!

The latest aspects, findings as well as the future of machining technology were discussed in the form of keynotes, specialist presentations, an exhibition accompanying the forum and expert talks.

VibroCut Managing Director Dr.-Ing. Oliver Georgi was also able to contribute to the lively exchange with his presentation “Vibration-assisted machining for industrial use”.

VibroCut at the UNITECH in-house exhibition

VibroCut’s trade fair appearance at the in-house exhibition of UNITECH-Maschinen GmbH on June 5 & 6, 2024 in Chemnitz was a success. We were able to conduct intensive conversations, make new contacts and present ourselves as a reliable partner in machining technology.

The organization of the event was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Many thanks to the entire UNITECH team for their hospitality and the successful in-house exhibition! We look forward to future projects and further events.

VDI symposium on precision and deep hole drilling 2024

On March 12 and 13, 2024, VibroCut exhibited at the “VDI-Fachtagung Präzisions- und Tiefbohren aktuell 2024” in Dortmund. On site, we were not only able to present the advantages of our VIBROdrill ultrasonic technology, but also follow exciting presentations and gain insights into the ISF test field. However, the constructive discussions with experts from the deep hole drilling community were particularly enriching.

The “VDI symposium on precision and deep hole drilling” is an important platform for driving innovation in the machining industry and learning from each other. We look forward to incorporating the knowledge and experience we have gained into our products and services in order to continue developing innovative solutions for our customers.

2023

More than 100 participants sought answers to current challenges in the machining industry at the Knowledge Forum Machining on November 22, 2023 in Würzburg. We can look back on many interesting lectures from industry and science as well as a successful exchange on trends and new solutions in the industry.

One of the highlights of the day was undoubtedly the presentation “Vibration assistance to increase economic efficiency”, which was given by our VibroCut Managing Director Dr. Oliver Georgi. Especially with innovative solutions such as vibration-supported machining, the transfer of knowledge to specialist personnel is crucial. It was a pleasure informing about the mechanisms of action and benefits of the technology as well as discussing numerous questions.

VibroCut presented itself as an up-and-coming supplier in the industry at EMO 2023 from 18 – 23.09.2023 and generated a lot of interest among the trade fair visitors with its innovations.

Our booth attracted many visitors because of the exhibits and the eye-catching standing wave. In a large number of conversations, we presented our innovative systems for vibration-supported machining and held discussions on current problems in machining. Once again, it became clear that our solutions are oriented towards the challenges of the market. Chip breakage, tool wear, high machining forces and unsafe processes are current problems and must be solved in order to manufacture economically and efficiently.

Our experts on site were happy to answer the many questions and address individual requirements. The feedback we received from visitors to the trade fair was consistently positive. Customers see VIBROturn as a product for robust chip breaking not only as a system to realize efficiency advantages by avoiding machine downtimes, but also simply need solutions for chip breaking to establish safe processes, to enable automation or to avoid rejects. VIBROdrill ultrasonic for increasing productivity and process reliability in drilling was frequently requested when it came to deep hole drilling on machining centres. Without a special machine, deep hole drilling processes are often difficult to control. Here, ultrasonic provides added value to ensure stable processes.

Overall, participation in EMO 2023 was a great success for VibroCut. We strengthened our presence in the industry and had extensive discussions with existing as well as new interested parties. The positive results of this trade fair will have a long-term impact on our company.
